What this is
A 90-minute guided experience to help you:
come back into your body
understand the energetic patterns shaping your relationships
reconnect to a more balanced, self-led way of relating
We’ll be working with the internal balance of:
masculine energy (structure, clarity, direction)
and
feminine energy (feeling, intuition, openness)
Not as concepts—
but as something you can actually feel and work with inside yourself.
What we’ll do together
We’ll move through this as a group, but the work is deeply personal.
Arrival + Co-Regulation
Grounding into the body and nervous system
Teaching / Transmission
Understanding how imbalance shows up in your relationships
(and why things may feel different right now)
Guided Experience
A meditation to reconnect, harmonize, and anchor your internal state
Integration
Simple ways to carry this into your daily life
Optional Q&A (30 min)
After the main session, I’ll stay for an open space where you can ask questions and receive reflection and guidance.
